🌸 चैत्र नवरात्रि 2026 – माँ दुर्गा के नौ रूपों का पावन पर्व 🌸

🪔 नवरात्रि की शुरुआत — घटस्थापना (कलश स्थापना)। नवरात्रि का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण अनुष्ठान, यानी घटस्थापना जो 19 मार्च, 2026 (पहले दिन) को आयोजित की जाती है। 📿 विधि: • सुबह के शुभ समय में मिट्टी के बर्तन में जौ बोएं। उसके ऊपर पानी से भरा कलश रखें।  कलश पर नारियल और आम के पत्ते रखें। देवी दुर्गा का आह्वान करें और दीप जलाएं। यह प्रक्रिया पूरे 9 दिनों तक घर में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा बनाए रखती है। 🌺 9 दिन: देवी के रूप और 9 दिनों में पूजे जाने वाले प्रसाद। देवी शैलपुत्री – शक्ति और स्थिरता – देवी शैलपुत्री नवरात्रि के पहले दिन पूजी जाती हैं, और उन्हें पर्वतों के राजा हिमालय की पुत्री माना जाता है। वह एक बैल पर सवार होती हैं और अपने हाथों में त्रिशूल और कमल धारण करती हैं। वह शक्ति का पहला रूप हैं और जीवन में नई ऊर्जा, शांति और स्थिरता प्रदान करती हैं। उनकी पूजा करने से भक्तों को स्वास्थ्य, साहस और मानसिक संतुलन का आशीर्वाद मिलता है। धार्मिक मान्यता के अनुसार, वह अपने पिछले जन्म में माता सती थीं, जिन्होंने भगवान शिव के सम्मान के लिए अपने शरीर का बलिदान दिया और शैलपुत्री के रूप में पुनर्जन्म लिया। भोग: घी (देशी घी) लाभ: स्वास्थ्य और रोगों से मुक्ति। देवी ब्रह्मचारिणी – तपस्या और संयम – नवरात्रि के दूसरे दिन देवी ब्रह्मचारिणी की पूजा की जाती है और वह तपस्या, त्याग और संयम का प्रतिनिधित्व करती हैं। वह अपने हाथों में माला और जलपात्र धारण करती हैं, जो ध्यान और ज्ञान को दर्शाता है। उन्होंने भगवान शिव को पति के रूप में प्राप्त करने के लिए कठोर तप किया। उनकी पूजा करने से धैर्य, आत्मसंयम, ज्ञान और जीवन में सफलता प्राप्त होती है। भोग: चीनी लाभ: दीर्घायु और शांति। देवी चंद्रघंटा – साहस और शांति – देवी चंद्रघंटा के माथे के ऊपर एक अर्धचंद्राकार घंटा है, जो उन्हें यह नाम देता है। वह एक शेर पर सवार होती हैं और अपने दस हाथों में विभिन्न हथियार धारण करती हैं। वह शांति और साहस का अद्भुत मिश्रण हैं। उनकी पूजा करने से भय, नकारात्मकता और बाधाओं का नाश होता है, और साहस और आत्मविश्वास में वृद्धि होती है। भोग: दूध या दूध से बने मिठाई लाभ: दुखों का नाश, शक्ति की प्राप्ति। देवी कूष्मांडा – ब्रह्मांड की सृष्टिकर्ता – देवी कूष्मांडा को ब्रह्मांड की सृष्टिकर्ता माना जाता है। कहा जाता है कि उन्होंने अपनी कोमल मुस्कान से पूरे ब्रह्मांड की रचना की। वह एक शेर पर सवार होती हैं और अपने आठ हाथों में विभिन्न दिव्य वस्तुएं धारण करती हैं। उनकी पूजा करने से ऊर्जा, स्वास्थ्य, तेजस्विता और समृद्धि प्राप्त होती है। भोग: मालपुआ लाभ: बुद्धि और निर्णय लेने की क्षमता में वृद्धि। देवी स्कंदमाता – मातृत्व और करुणा – देवी स्कंदमाता भगवान कार्तिकेय (स्कंद) की माता हैं और मातृत्व, प्रेम और करुणा का प्रतीक हैं। वह एक शेर पर सवार होती हैं और अपनी गोद में बालक स्कंद को धारण करती हैं। वह अपने हाथों में कमल भी धारण करती हैं। उनकी पूजा करने से संतान सुख, परिवार में खुशहाली और मानसिक शांति प्राप्त होती है। भोग: केले लाभ: स्वास्थ्य और समृद्धि। देवी कात्यायनी – शक्ति और साहस – देवी कात्यायनी ऋषि कात्यायन की पुत्री हैं और शक्ति और साहस का प्रतीक हैं। वह एक शेर पर सवार होती हैं और अपने चार हाथों में हथियार धारण करती हैं। उन्होंने महिषासुर राक्षस का वध किया। उनकी पूजा करने से विवाह में बाधाएं दूर होती हैं और जीवन में साहस और आत्मबल में वृद्धि होती है। भोग: शहद लाभ: आकर्षण और सुंदरता में वृद्धि। देवी कालरात्रि – भय का नाश – देवी कालरात्रि का रूप भयंकर और शक्तिशाली है, उनका रंग काला है, और वह गधे पर सवार होती हैं। वह बुरी शक्तियों और अज्ञानता का नाश करती हैं। उनका भयंकर रूप भक्तों के लिए अत्यंत शुभ माना जाता है। उनकी पूजा करने से भय, संकट और नकारात्मक ऊर्जा का नाश होता है, और सुरक्षा और साहस प्राप्त होता है। भोग: गुड़ लाभ: भय और नकारात्मकता से मुक्ति। देवी महागौरी – पवित्रता और शांति – देवी महागौरी अत्यंत शांत, सुंदर और गोरे रंग की हैं, जो पवित्रता और शांति का प्रतीक हैं। उनका वाहन बैल है, और वह त्रिशूल और डमरू धारण करती हैं। उनकी पूजा करने से जीवन के पापों का नाश होता है और मन की शुद्धि होती है। वह वैवाहिक सुख और इच्छाओं की पूर्ति का आशीर्वाद देती हैं। भोग:: नारियल लाभ: इच्छाओं की पूर्ति। देवी सिद्धिदात्री – सिद्धि और सफलता – देवी सिद्धिदात्री नवरात्रि के अंतिम दिन पूजी जाती हैं और उन्हें सभी प्रकार की सिद्धियों और शक्तियों की दात्री माना जाता है। वह कमल पर विराजमान होती हैं और भक्तों को आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान और सफलता प्रदान करती हैं। उनकी पूजा करने से सिद्धि, ज्ञान और जीवन में पूर्णता प्राप्त होती है। यह माना जाता है कि उन्होंने भगवान शिव को भी सिद्धियां प्रदान कीं। भोग: तिल लाभ: सिद्धि और सफलता की प्राप्ति। 🍽️ उपवास और नियम भक्त 9 दिन का उपवास रखते हैं या फलाहार करते हैं। • लहसुन, प्याज और तामसिक भोजन से बचें। • सेंधा नमक का उपयोग करें। • प्रतिदिन दुर्गा चालीसा का पाठ करें और आरती करें। 🙏 अष्टमी और नवमी का महत्व अष्टमी (26 मार्च, 2026) और नवमी (27 मार्च, 2026) विशेष रूप से महत्वपूर्ण हैं। इन दिनों कन्या पूजन (कंजक) किया जाता है – 9 कन्याओं को देवी के रूप में पूजा जाता है। उन्हें हलवा, पूरी और चने का प्रसाद दिया जाता है। 🏹  राम नवमी 27 मार्च, 2026 (शुक्रवार) को नवरात्रि का आधिकारिक समापन है। इस दिन को भगवान श्री राम के जन्मदिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता है। मंदिरों में भजन, कीर्तन और विशेष पूजा का आयोजन किया जाता है।

Temples in Lahaul and Spiti 

Key Monastery Key Monastery, one of the largest and most notable monasteries in Lahaul–Spiti, has towering prominence near the Spiti River at 4,166 meters. Dating over 1,000 years, it features stunning, 11th century architecture. Though subjected to many invasions and natural calamities, it has been painstakingly restored with its site being inspected by the Archaeological Survey of India and State Public Works Department. Set in a three-tiered structure with shrines piled on top of one another, the monastery is covered in beautiful murals, paintings and artifacts. It is an essential Buddhist study site, at least 300 lamas enter to study there every year. The monastery also houses priceless historical collections, including Thangkas, manuscripts, stucco images, old wind instruments and traditional weapons. Tabo Monastery The Tabo Monastery, often known as the “Ajanta of the Himalayas,” is one of the oldest Buddhist temples in the Indian subcontinent and is considered a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Situated on the left side of the Spiti River, it includes a sequence of caves adorned with ancient paintings and scriptures. Nine temples were established at the site, one of which contains the sacred ‘Wheel of Law’. They visit Tabo for spiritual studies and to attend the Chakhar Festival held every three years. At 6:00 am these early morning prayers create a profoundly serene and positive energy. Tangyud Gompa (Sakya Tangyud Monastery) Tangyud Gompa, situated in Komic village near Kaza, stands at a breathtaking 4,520 meter high and one of India’s highest monasteries. Its mud-wall fortified structure with battlements creates a distinctive fortress-like appearance. One of Spiti’s last Sakya monasteries, Tangyud offers guests an immersive spiritual experience filled with deeply resonant chants and an atmosphere of peace and dignity. Kardang Monastery Kardang Monastery is located near the Bhaga River and is around 900 years old, belonging to the Drukpa sect of Buddhism. Perched at 3,500 meters, it has inspired tourists internationally with its distinct architectural style and dramatic scenery. The monastery holds heritage treasure trove; murals, frescoes, sacred scriptures, ancient weapons and ceremonial tools. Its annual “Chaam Dance,” by way of monks masked in the most splendid head hats. Lhalung Monastery (the Golden Temple) Lhalung is one of the oldest monasteries in Lahaul–Spiti and measuring 3,658 meters in altitude and rich in folklore. A holy tree located adjacent to the monastery is thought to be as age as the monastery and carries a great spiritual significance for the residents. As it’s told in ancient lore, Lhalung Devta blesses the land and the mountains around the sun become colored by its tone. Its enigmatic and cultural wealth also draw people to seek spiritual and historical insight. Kungri Gompa The second-oldest monastery in Lahaul–Spiti Valley, Kungri Gompa is the only one belonging to the Nyingmapa tradition — the oldest school of Tibetan Buddhism. Constructed in 1330, its architecture is laced with profound Tibetan influence. Rich with silk painting and large sculptures, the monastery also harbors sacred Tibetan texts such as the Kenjur and Tenjur among other treasures of the people. Visitors are drawn to its annual traditional “Devil Dance” and “Sword Dance,” where colorful costumes and ancient ceremonies take place. Tayul Monastery The Tayul Monastery, which is situated at 3,900 m in the Bhaga Valley, contains a 12-foot high statue of Padmasambhava and images of Singhmukha and Vajravarahi. Its 108 prayer wheels and rich inventory of 17th-century Buddhist texts — Kangyur and Thangkas and relics and murals — attract pilgrims and historians of all shapes and sizes. The monastery’s name, Tayul (meaning “a chosen place”), was given by Lama Serzang Rinchen. Dhankar Monastery The 16th-century Dhankar Monastery rises on a steep 3,800 meters cliff that overlooks a picture-perfect valley of the Spiti, and it is regarded as one of the region’s most popular spiritual sites. It features a striking statue of Dhyan Buddha, a silver Vajradhara picture, and dozens of Buddhist objects, texts and murals. The dramatic location makes it popular with photographers and travelers who desire to immerse themselves in both the natural and cultural past. Shashur Monastery At 600 meters higher than the valley surrounding it, named after the lovely blue pine forests surrounding it, Shashur Monastery was opened in the 16th century and finished in the 17th. Stylized as such a Gelukpa temple, it features an ancient style mandala painting and was festooned with murals, wall paintings and substantial thangkas. As a site of great pilgrimage, it also conducts the annual “Chham Dance”, which attracts millions of devotees and tourists from far away. Gemur Monastery Dating to 14th century, Gemur Monastery is known for its tranquil atmosphere and traditional Buddhist architecture. Statues of Lady Marichi and Goddess Vajravarahi; intricate thangkas and murals; stucco artwork. Pestle of Peace: Surrounded by gorgeous verdant hills and garden, the site provides peace, and attracts visitors throughout the year. The annual “Devil Dance Drama” is a national cultural attraction, staged in July.

In Hindusim the sacred period of Bhishma Panchak is an important time of the year for deep spiritual renewal. Bhishma Panchak typically falls in October or November, depending on the lunar calendar, and holds great significance for devout Hindus. This year Bhishma Panchak falls on the period of 23-Nov to 27-Nov.During these five days, devout Hindus partake in cleansing rituals, introspection, and the recitation of sacred scriptures to usher in rejuvenation and spiritual growth. Understanding Bhishma Panchak Bhishma Panchak, also known as Vishnu Panchak, is a sacred period observed in the Hindu calendar during the last five days of the Kartik month. Bhisma Panchak is linked to Mahabharat and the name Bhishma is linked to the Bhisma the great grandfather of Kaurava and Pandvas. When Bhisma was lying on the death bed on the arrows shot by Arjuna. Bhisma go euthanasia (icha mrityu) – means he got the power that he can decide when to leave his body. Bhisma Panchak is the duration when Bhishma decided to leave his body. Panchak means five, and it refers to the five days of fasting and worship that are dedicated to Lord Vishnu, the supreme personality of Godhead.The significance of Bhishma Panchak lies in the fact that it is a very favourable time to attain liberation from the cycle of birth and death, or moksha. According to the scriptures, anyone who performs devotional service to Lord Vishnu during this period, especially by fasting, chanting, reading, and offering lamps, will please the Lord and receive His pure love and mercy. Traditions and Rituals During Bhishma Panchak: Listed below are the ways to celebrate this divine occasion. You can follow all or few as per your desires and how your body and pocket allow you. But definitely your sadhana during this period will be more energized due to the planetary conditions that are favourable for meditation and spiritual growth. Bhishma Ekadashi: The five-day period commences with Bhishma Ekadashi, dedicated to Bhishma Pitamah. Devotees observe a fast on this day and engage in prayers, seeking blessings for spiritual well-being and the removal of sins. Ekadashi fasting is popular practice and those who don’t fast of all the Ekadashi then the Nirjala Ekadashi and Bhisma Ekadashi are the important one that must not be missed. Vishnu Puja: Throughout Bhishma Panchak, Vishnu Puja takes center stage. Devotees offer prayers to Lord Vishnu, seeking His divine grace and blessings. Reading or reciting Vishnu Sahasranama (the thousand names of Lord Vishnu) is considered highly auspicious during this period. Charity and Acts of Kindness: Bhishma Panchak is a time for selfless giving and charity. Devotees are encouraged to engage in acts of kindness, donate to the needy, and perform charitable deeds to accumulate positive karma. Abstaining from Grains: Observing a vow of abstinence from grains (known as Bhishma Panchak Vrat) is a common practice during these five days. नवरात्रि 2023: शरद नवरात्रि तिथि सूची और पूजन विधि

Raksha Bandhan 2023 mahurat time & Bhadra Time
